• Mateusz Juroszek – Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
Mr Mateusz Juroszek is a graduate of the Faculty of Strategic Management at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He majored in Management and Marketing, specialising in Strategic Management. Since 2012, he has been the President of the Management Board of STS SA. From 2011 to 2019, Mr Mateusz Juroszek also held the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of ATAL S.A.
• Krzysztof Ciołek – Deputy Director of the Supervisory Board,
Higher education. Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonan University (major: law) . Legal counsel and tax counsel. He runs his own business activity - Legal office Krzysztof Ciołek.
• Wiesław Smaza – member of the Supervisory Board,
On our board since 2006 as: Member of the Supervisory Board (2006 – 2010), Vice-President of the Management Board (2010 - 2011), Procurent (2011), Developer Agreement Expert (2014-2017) and member of the Supervisory Board (since 2014). Even though Wiesław Smaza`s professional relationship was based on an employment contract, he was not subjected to the decisions of the Management Board Secondary education.
• Dawid Prysak – Member of the Supervisory Board (independent member),
and a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Cracow University of Economics.
He completed studies in the field of managerial economics. He also holds an MBA diploma in Finance. For more than three years, he has been employed at STS S.A – since January 2019 in the position of Finance Director. Mr Dawid
Prysak has knowledge and professional experience gained in positions related to management accounting.
In accordance with the Best Practices of GPW Listed Companies of 2016, Mr Dawid Prysak meets the independence criteria referred to in Principle II.Z.4.
• Elżbieta Spyra - member of the Supervisory Board.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and the School of German Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She has several years of experience in providing legal and corporate services to business entities with Polish and foreign capital as well as public companies, which she has gained as part of foreign internships and work in law firms and companies. In recent years, she has been associated with companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange from the industrial, development and bookmaking industries. She is licensed as a legal adviser and certified as a Compliance Officer.
Professional experience:
• 2009–2010, trainee legal advisor at Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Klimek, Lewandowski sp.p. in Pszczyna;
• since 2011 own business in the field of legal counselling;
• 2011–2015 trainee legal advisor / legal advisor at Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Malirz, Czech sp.j. in Katowice;
• 2016–2022 employed at “Orzeł Biały” S.A. in Piekary Śląskie;
• since 2016 in the Company as a member of the Supervisory Board;
• since 2021 independent member of the Supervisory Board of STS Holding S.A.;
• since 2022 professionally associated with the American Heart of Poland Group;
• meets the independence criterion.
