Strefa Cegielnia II is a development project that will emerge in the northeastern Kraków district of Zesławice, in Morcinka Street. In the past, this was the location of a factory producing bricks for the surrounding neighborhoods.

The Strefa Cegielnia II project will include three one- and two-section buildings with an underground garage at level -1.
