Osiedle Błękitne

The complex located at the Czerniawska Street was our first investment in Wroclaw. That is why we treat it with a special care and attention. There are nearly 250 one-, two-, three and four-room apartments in low-rise buildings. There is a safe playground between the buildings because the whole investment was built on square plan. Apartments on the ground floor have separated green terraces. The project was made by the well-known Wroclaw architecture studio Tadeusz Hardt Architekci. Only the high quality materials were used to the construction what enhances the aesthetic values of the investment. Careful workmanship as well as a very well premeditated and functional design gave the residents the joy and satisfaction of living in Blekitne Osiedle and let them enjoy the conditions we provided for them.
